1. What is the difference between Full-Service and Semi-Service fountain rentals?
"Full-Service" chocolate fountain rentals are just what they say they are. One of our local, friendly chocolate fountain reps will come to your event, set-up the chocolate fountain, monitor it, tear it down and clean it up. You don't have to lift a finger when it comes to the chocolate fountain.

Our "Semi-Service" rentals are for those who do not need our fountain attendant to stay and monitor the fountain during your event. Our attendant will come to your event, set-up the chocolate fountain, show someone, and then comes back at the end of your rental period and removes it.

2. How long can I have the Chocolate Fountain at my event?
Included with all of our fountain rentals is two hours of enjoyment of the Chocolate Fountain. This is more than enough time for most events, however, if you would like us to stay longer, we can always add additional time at an incremental rate.

3. What dipping items can be used with the Fountain?
Some of our most popular dipping items include Strawberries, Marshmallows, Pretzels, Pound Cake, Butter Cookies, Dried Fruit...the possibilities are endless!

4. Who provides the dipping items?
All Heavenly Fountain rentals do not include dipping items. Some facilities do not allow outside catering or food services. Usually the chocolate fountain is acceptable by itself, but not with the dipping items. Your caterer will let you know if you can provide the dipping items yourself.

5. Can I use the chocolate fountain in place of the wedding cake?
Absolutely, many of our brides have chosen to move away from the norm and have replaced their wedding cake with the chocolate fountain.

6. What are the table and electrical requirements for the Chocolate Fountain?
Since the Heavenly Chocolate Fountains weigh approximately 100 pounds when full, a level, sturdy table is a must. If it is not level, the chocolate will not flow properly. Your event location should provide two table linens that will coordinate with your decorations.

7. What areas does Heavenly Fountains service?
Heavenly Fountains provides fountains for events almost anywhere in Washington.

8. Can the Chocolate Fountain be used outdoors?
Unfortunately we cannot run our Chocolate Fountains outdoors. Outside air temperature plays an important factor on the flowing consistency of the chocolate, as well as the running temperature of the fountain itself. In addition, even a slight breeze will distort the chocolate curtains.

9. Are reservations and a deposit required?
Yes, we require a reservation, a signed contract and a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking. Reservations are limited and are on a first come, first serve basis. The balance of your payment is due at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of your event.
